“Pleasant and helpful staff, a great location for visiting Versailles as it was a short bus ride away. Great value for money.”
“Proximity to Palace of Versailles, with regular, (15 mins duration) bus service. Good safe car park for our classic car. Quiet location. Friendly, English speaking staff, who were very helpful with directions and especially when our mobile died on us. Fridge in the room. Room with a bath.”
“The staff were all very accommodating and helpful with our french although their english was better than our french. It was close to Versailles but a long walk to the Chateau, another guest advised they booked there as it was on a bus route, so thats a plus we did not know, local restaurants were only a 10 minute walk away. The property is tired, we had a room for 3 which was annexed to the hotel and it was very spacious considering. Breakfast was ok, nothing outstanding not a big range but the quality of all the bits and pieces was good, you boiled your own eggs. The hotel in front of this hotel had a bar and did evening food at 7:30pm it was good value as was the restaurants 10 min walk away.”

“If you travel by car and look for an inexpensive place to visit Paris, you have to stay out of Paris. Saint-Cyr is located at the RER C train which takes you to Eiffel tower (except in July and August, when part of the RER C is under maintenance, each year since 1996, and RER C terminates at Javel, one stop before Eiffel tower). But even with changing trains, you are at the main Paris attractions in a maximum of 45 minutes plus 15 minutes walk to the train station. Parking space is plenty and free of charge, the staff at the reception desk is friendly and helpful, the room is simply, but functionally furnished, it even has a fridge. Wifi is free and of good quality, and you have free sockets next to the bed which helps charging mobile devices like smartphones over night. Room service does a good job at keeping the rooms clean.”
