“When I booked through booking.com, I went for twin room and free breakfast (at least what was shown on my booking screen) . However, I was given two separate rooms 302 and 306 , we were three family members and were separated. This was unfortunate.! Also at about midnight m there was a false fore alarm which disturbed our night.... I had a bad impression on the hotel and on booking.com as well.”
