“This was a pleasant surprise and run by Asians who were very accommodating. We had the first floor disabled large room (could not carry bags up steep stairs), recommend that room. Were driving and this place seemed to be a little far from major castle attractions but it was not bad just plan your time at castles because they get VERY CROWDED especially when tour buses arrive. We went first thing AM. The hike up to Schloss Neuschwanstein is major be forewarned,. You may take a horse carriage or bus. (horses are allowd to poop on roads so be careful). if you like a lot of exercise allow time to do it at your pace all up hill. Castles are a must see and helpful historical perspective on this once powerful monarch dominated area of the world. ”
“Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was accommodating. You could hear breakfast being made fresh when you arrived in the dining room that morning. Lots of options and very filling. We were going to be late for checking-in and we messaged them that afternoon to let them know. They were quick to respond and made arrangements for us to still be able to get in our room after hours. The rooms were large and clean. They also give you a euro off discount ticket if you are visiting Neuschwanstein after your stay (we were!).”
