“All the Staff excellent and very helpful, room large and bed very comfortable, big bathroom with separate bath and shower, plenty of towels and products. Turn down service every evening, lovely food at breakfast and dinner with wide variety of choices each day. There are 2 more restaurants- we ate in La Laiterie one evening which serves fondue and raclette and was very good. Julian in the ski room was lovely and very helpful. A superb and enjoyable week's skiing!”

“It was my best hotel experience so far. I only stayed at Altapura for one night but loved every minute of it. My room was spacious, bed was super comfortable, and the in-room Nespresso machine was a great touch. My room was ready at noon even thought the check-in time is at 4pm. There are 3 different restaurants downstairs with great food and live musical performance in the bar area (definitely ask for vin chaud). The hotel is located by the slope so you can literally ski out the door.”

“Hotel facilities are gorgeous with 3 restaurants, bar, ski shop, ski rental, pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, spa facilities. Superb views of the surrounding mountains ! Perfect location next to the main ski slopes of Val thorens, easy ski in / ski out. Location at top of Trois Vallees ski resort, which is a fantastic resort, well groomed pistes, and many hors-piste opportunities. We had a bedbug in one of the beds, and the hotel staff was very attentive and helpful in order to quickly eradicate the issue.”
