“Our suite was lovely, the Vega. Front desk staff were very helpful, arranged for a breakfast to go for an early Sunday morning tour. The jacuzzi was nice on a cool rainy day. Continental breakfast was good. Very safe neighborhood, not in the 'party scene'.”

“We liked the Metal Fusion Room, the artist did an amazing design. We loved the black out shades behind the sun shades for a view during the day and total privacy at night. Slept in later than usual because we didn't realize the sun was up. Loved having the mini frig in the room and the option of having coffee or hot tea on the fourth floor all day. The robes and slippers were nice to lounge around in. Beds were comfortable, pillows a bit flat. The breakfast was just wonderful with very polite waiters and good food prepared fresh. The manager was very nice checking daily if we were comfortable. The location was nice and we felt safe walking around. We would definitely return next time we are in Quito.”
“The breakfast was great. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the location isn't bad. You are away from the historical center, which to me is better, but you are close to Plaza Foch, which is where most bars and clubs are. We did come across some street workers around 10pm a few blocks away from the hotel, but I guess it's not that surprising since it is close to nightlife. The upstairs terrasse with free hot chocolate/coffee/tea is great and the only place where you can have a very nice view in the hotel. The staff was also extremely helpful and nice.”
