“Excellent entertainment, food amazing and very helpful, friendly staff”
“The staff was attentive, no question was ignored.They try assist beyond our expectations. Pools are nice and clean, lifeguards are good laugh. The catering staff, so polite, attentive and never miserable. The cleaning crew do amazing job. I'd suggest request towels for a swimming pool while you checking in. They are free as long as you return them. We found the male staff much more pleasant. What you see on the pictures is what's there. Evening entertainment every night, we had great bunch of people staying at that time so the nights was also fab. There is shuttle bus to the city which is free at 9am and 6pm. The resort feels safe, chilled atmosphere.”
“We liked all personal. Taxi was in total very expensive when we arrived (night price 50€ till hotel). Food is very good and different on every meal. They have to work on hygiene in the rooms. Exchange office-try to cheat us for free buss transport and money change. Reception,security and waiters-very heplful.”

Room lovely and a lovely touch of chocolates and fruit platter as my birthday the day after we arrive.. some of the evening entertainment amazing.. costumes and dance routines as good as the best in a London theatre .. well done Hassen (anamation manager) .. he has developed a very happy and professional team”

“We had a fantastic stay, the family room was a little on the small side but everything else was amazing. The staff were lovely and always entertaining the kids and adults. The pools were cold but in 32 degrees in October/November it was nice to get out of the heat on times. The rooms were kept clean and there was an amazing variety of food available at breakfast, lunch and dinner. I have a very sweet tooth and the cakes and afters were amazing..”
