Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.<br><br>Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. “The staff were very friendly and always there to help you out with whatever you needed. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfy. The hotel is in a nice quiet location within a 15 to 20 walk from the main area of shops and restaurants. They offer laundry service at a reasonable price. After hiking the Inka trail for 4 days, we needed some clean clothes! We handed our clothes in to be washed at 8 am in the morning and had them back by 8 pm the same day. Great service!!”
“The hotel was fully renovated and very clean. All of the members of the staff were really kind and helpful. Breakfast was ok considering it was not a buffet. The letdowns were that it didn't have an elevator and our room was located on the 5th floor and that it was FREEZING cold inside the place. There's no central heat in the rooms nor the common area. We asked for an extra blanket and they even brought us warming bags (which was really nice of them) but anyway, we had to leave our jackets on while having breakfast. I definitely think the hotel woukd be a ten if they solved this heating issue.. It's located just 1km away from the main square, although it may seem a little bit more when coming back from the city center because of the hills :)”
“Got a double room for a great price. Everything in working order. Great shower. Very clean. Self lowering toilet seats (I.e. No noise). Towels provided. Bathroom floor towel provided. Breakfast included (slept in and missed it so can't comment). Luggage storage happily provided for free. Tea available all day. Friendly staff.”
“It might seem a little far from the center but actually it is just 10 min walk. Great and helpful staff (Silvia: special thanks to Martha, who taught me a little of Quechua and gave many useful advises about what to visit). Clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. We highly recommend the hotel if you stay in Cusco.”
