“This is a charming and rustic hotel deep in the Ardennes. We visited in November and when we arrived there was a fire going in the fireplace and the bar was open. Perfect for us. The rooms were clean and cozy. The breakfast was very good. The outside property was beautiful.”

“Breakfast was very charming - set in an old-fashioned and jaded Ardennes room, but very likeable. The hotel has certainly seen its best days, meals other than breakfast are not available. The interior was once fashionable. The whole experience was a bit of a time-warp. We arrived in good spirits and enjoyed the hospitality of the owner, who encouraged us to bring in take-away food to the hotel, or to use the terrace. We even brought our own wine, which was kindly kept cold by the owner. Drinks available in the evening, good Belgian beers and wines.”
