“Reception was irritating 1) asked for my birthday despiting having my ID. 2) we were there at 10am said check in was 3pm. He asked me to pay P1000 early occupapancy, i said no. I already paid top price for 2 nights 3) after paing for room and taxes he asked for P2,000 per day deposit for incldentials. i had to give him the card back. When I protested he said he can flag my room as cash only. I said P2,000 per day was gouging. Ater 1 hour a check in he finally gave me the key.”
