“首先我们按照网站照片定的三人间，特意标注了是高层，结果到了告诉我们没有了房间给安排的一楼，在一楼的房间和我们网上看的完全不一样，而且设施陈旧又脏，还有奇怪的味道。我们这不明白这样的酒店还能被评为4星级是怎么弄得，在我们的强烈要求下第二晚给换了一个稍微高层一点的。结果最后结账的时候我们要求用储蓄卡结账，取消信用卡预约的额度，前台有个叫wilian的说没问题了取消了，并且对我们冷嘲热讽态度恶劣，当我们到家却被告知无法取消信用卡的预约，需要再去交一次，过一个多月再还给我们，我住过那么多酒店从来没碰到过这样的，这不是骗子吗？本来酒店不好就给我们这次旅行造成了很大的影响了，大家心情都不好，结果最后还来了一个这事，现在我给酒店反应这个问题居然都不回我的邮件，以前不管去哪个国家经常都选择best western 连锁的酒店，但我恐怕将来永远都不会再选择best western的酒店了！”
