“I felt comfortable the receptionist was extremely helpful and set the tone for the entire trip. I plan to visit again in October with a larger crowd on a family trip. We checked out the sister hotel next door but the staff were not nearly as friendly and the environment was kinda stuffy and I chosen to revisting this hotel with my family. We will be booking approximately 20 rooms and I want that to be a smooth transition. I believe they will all get the service they deserve.”
