“Booked a room with 2 queen beds and kitchenette, was shown a room with two twins and no kitchenette. Apparently this was an issue with booking.com and the hotel system. The manager did a great job trying to accommodate our needs however, and we are very grateful to her. Manager refunded half our rate (still waiting on the amount to be credited to my card). My friend had breakfast at the cafeteria which she said was good - lots of variety.”
