“It's a well located brand new and clean hotel. Sishane is 3 minutes away, the Galata Bridge and Karakoy are also not far. The staff is very, very helpful and the breakfast was good. I'll definitely stay there again. There was a problem with hot water just before we wanted to check out, I can't blame the staff for this, though. They responded professionally by allowing us to check-out late, after the hot water was back and we could shower before continuing our journey.”

“Close to everything, 10 min to Karakoy square, 5 min to Galata tower and cafes, 10 min to Galata bridge, 5 min from Sishane metro station. People at the hotel are nice and ready to help. If I needed anything (to clean WC or to have some advice on city tour) they helped. Tea and coffee made by the staff warmed me every day.”

“As i read some comments i was really stressed, but we stayed in this hotel for 7 nights It was excellent, they give us a family room instead of a double room which is much better of course!! The staff is really helpful and kind!! And it's really quiet!! the view near to the hotel is fantastic!! It's near to the main transport to go everywhere in Istanbul (metro station M2, tramway station T1, buses (shishane 1 and 6 station) and Eminonu ferries (that goes everywhere: Bosphorus, princess island and uskudar) Even if there are some few negative things that I wrote above, but it's not a big deal at all and we will for sure recommend this hotel and come back to the same hotel on our next visit to Istanbul.”
