- The reception is open from 07:30 to 21:00 every day throughout the year.<br><br>If you plan on arriving after 21:00, please contact the property before 21:00. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.<br><br>Please note that a EUR 20 extra fee applies for arrivals after 21:00.<br><br>Parking access is only available at the parking number P2, P3 or P4. The property will give to the guest a prepaid ticket at his arrival. Parking P2 is the closest to the hotel. Upon arrival at P2, walk along the outside of the rampart walk toward the Constance Tower and go through the Gardette door (between P1 and P2). Once inside, the hotel is immediately on your right.<br><br>Please note that the extra bed for 9 years old and over is a full-sized bed.<p>Please inform Boutique Hôtel des Remparts & Spa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.</p>

“Great location inside city wall & near Tour de Constance. Very large room with king sized double bed, all facilities worked well. We had view from our room of wall & tower. Room tariff includes parking just outside wall. At check in you're given a card which allows you to enter & exit the car park as often as you like. (Need to drive in to return the card at checkout.)”
