“Cicelia was caught at her best because she made me feel so welcomed and kindly explained and informed to me patiently how to get around the areas I wanted to visit. The bed was very comfy and I really like the location of this hotel. Thank you also for the room upgrade to higher floor. I will be back once I come back to Hong Kong again.”

They had good suggestions for restaurants, transportation, etc. Also very responsive - when I complained the room was cold, a portable heater was placed in the room almost immediately. Location was great - near a MTR station and the waterfront. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Shower in the room was large with plenty of pressure and hot water.”

“Location, we needed to be in Tsim Sha Tsui for a wedding at the Intercontinental, so this hotel was 5 mins walk to the hotel and within close proximity to the TST station with lots of eateries nearby. Beds were comfortable (2 kinds of pillows - firm and soft), blackout curtains, good water pressure and hot water for shower, aircond in room with tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer and mini-toiletries provided. The room comes with a free smartphone to use. We paid for Butterfly plus service, which means that we get a pocket wifi device - useful for us when we were travelling around.”

“Hotel was a few streets away from Tsim Sha Tsui exits. Rooms were nice and spacious, bigger than expected. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hand phone with data connection was extremely useful in navigating around, though it would be great if a portable charger was provided.”
