“Carlos offered really good, friendly advice on Chefchaouene and Morocco! Casa La Palma is located on the north side of the Medina and is easy to navigate from. The rooftop views are amazing! Also appreciated the good coffee!”
“This place has everything you want from a riad in Chefchaouen. Spacious and perfectly clean rooms, a good breakfast and some nice decoration. It adds to that a wonderfull view from the terrace and the soul of Carlos. Carlos is the most kind and attentive host. He provided us with some great tips on Chefchaouen.”
“Lovely quiet hotel. The owner was SO nice and had great shopping and dining recommendations. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely. ”
“Carlos is an exceptional host always caring and making the utmost for a great stay. He provided us with very helpful information regarding places to visit, restaurants to go to and how to avoid unnecessary costs ;) The breakfast is excellent and even includes Nutella. The facilities are spotlessly clean. Overall highly recommended. ”
“We had a wonderful stay in Casa La Palma. Upon booking, Carlos immediately emailed me directions for his house and where he will meet us. This is necessary since any casa in any medina in Morocco can be difficult to find. Carlos's place is actually not hard to find and close to the north gate, where cars and taxis would need to stop at. Upon arrival Carlos gave us a lot of guidance for how to explore Chefchaouen and we felt very well taken care off. Carlos's assistant/manager Rafik is also super nice and wonderful. He helped us buy bus tickets (actually with two attempts since the bus station had system issues the first day). Rafik also helped us carry out luggage which I was super grateful since was kind of heavy and Chefchaouen is stairs everywhere. Advice to use roadsacks (which Carlos had also recommended in his Email to us).”
“As a lot of reviews mentioned, the owner, Carlos, is really friendly and helpful. He came to meet us at the Medina gate, helped carrying our luggages, and provided excellent suggestions for places to visit, food, activities and pricing(We had been in Morocco for over a week, but it was the first time that we know how to pay like a local). Carlos even took care of finding petit taxis to take us to the taxi station and told someone to help us find shared taxi. My friends also appreciated his generosity as he helped them with the laundry. The terrace of Carlos's house has great panoramic view of the medina. Breakfast is excellent with good coffee, mint tea, fresh orange juice and hot milk.”
“The owner and his staff are very friendly and made us feel welcome. They gave us plenty of advice where to go. The breakfast was served with a lot of love and detail. The accommodation is centrally located within the blue city.”
“Liked the view from the terrace of the hotel and having breakfast on terrace . Since it was on top of the hill was amazing location”
“This is a great place to stay in Chefchouen. The owner, Carlos, is very friendly and helpful, coming to meet us at the Medina gate and showing the way to his place. Carlos also provided excellent suggestions for places to visit and restaurants to eat at. We can happily recommend Casa La Palma to anyone wanting somewhere to stay in Chefchouen. ”
“Wonderful view, comfortable rooms, great breakfasts, and an amazing owner/host. Highly recommended.”
