The name on the credit card must match the guest's name.<br><br>Please note that children under 16 years of age, including children accompanied by an adult, are not permitted to use the spa and indoor pool.<br><br>Guest staying in the guest rooms have access to the spa and swimming pool from 15:00 on their day of arrival until 12:00 on their day of departure.<br><br>The spa is open everyday from 10:00 to 20:00.<br><br>Please note that the the spa treatments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise they will be fully charged.<br><br>Please note that the swimming pool is open from May to September.<br><br>Please note that the restaurant is open everyday from 12:00 to 14:00 and 19:00-21:00.<br><br>Please note that the bar is open everyday from 14:30 to 19:00 from Monday to Thursday, from 14:30 to 21:30 on Friday and Saturday and from 12:30 to 19:00 on Sunday.<br><br>Please note that the access to the restaurant and the spa treatments are available only upon prior reservation.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.</p>

“Fabulous property , gorgeous moat. Exquisite rooms, excellent outdoor heated pool and tennis courts. We were there for a wedding and it was a superb location. Some staff went over and above, Jeremy at Front desk and the restaurant staff who could not do enough, adding tables, being so helpful. We had a blast.”
