“Cirilo Armstrong is now easily one of my favorite hotels, in a city that is also hard to beat. From the moment we arrived I was completely taken by the location, the art work, the friendly staff and the truly unique loft accommodations. We ended up extending our stay another night only hours after checking in. We loved exploring the city and then returning to our terrace for a glass of wine and a little r&r. The breakfast was an added bonus every morning with many options, delicious coffee and great music in the background. I will not only recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Valparaiso but I guarantee my husband and I will be back.”
