“Staff very helpful. Issue with card access to room and had to move rooms staff helped with move and made the move to another floor easier. Nothing too much trouble for staff. Would stay again.”
“Hardworking, friendly and efficient bar staff especially Enver (John) bar manager who was very helpful and informative, offering help and advice about Pharmacy, restaurants etc. Orhan the animation man tried hard to include everyone and always stopped to chat to new people and make them feel welcome. He had a difficult job with so many different nationalities ensuring he offered something for everyone! Cleaner Geough was very efficient on our floor, always had a smile and chat and would do the club dance on balcony which was entertaining, some of the other cleaners seemed to spend too much time sitting on fire exit steps smoking!! Hotel was under subscribed during our visit so we found it quite spacious however there were days when it became very busy. All in all this is a good hotel however with a few minor changes it could be excellent. I would stay here again.”
