“Amazing location, views were stunning and very remote - 20 minute drive to nearest restaurant. Hotel beautiful, but more of a B&B than a hotel - hard to find people during the day.”
“Fantastic location with amazing views and very peaceful, nature at its best . The staff (owners and managers) were very helpful and friendly and could not do enough for us. They showed us around the property on arrival and were on hand to deal with all requests, from directions, advice on local amenities, arrange for visits to local vineyards, lunch by the pool etc. The pods are exceptional, none are overlooked and offer an amazing experience. The food and service in the restaurant is superb and again the staff were so friendly and helpful, no problem to move outside after dinner or breakfast where they brought coffee and drinks onto the terrace. The hotel building has been restored to a very high standard, but yet keeping in touch with its original design. It has lost none of its original charm and even contains the old church in working order so to speak.”

“The reception there is friendly. We left at 6:30am in the morning to catch a flight in Barcelona and their kitchen is not open yet. But they offered the day before to pack some breakfast for us, which I think is really sweet and considerate. Also the room is facing the woods and relaxing - don't feel the need to do anything but to sit in my room all day. Remember to try the awesome tasting menu as well! ”
