“I have stayed at the hotel before. The accommodation, food and location are superb. I had been warned the original owner had sold and things had been cheapened..The Booking.com listing said the I was traveling with a total of 5 adults and needed 3 rooms. When we arrived the elevator was still closed and would not be fixed for at least 2 weeks. My sister in law walks with a cane and can not do stairs. One could imagine the amount of luggage for 5 people for 8 days and the amount of time and effort to get the luggage and everyone upstairs. Our room was not cleaned or beds made one day. The maid had a language barrier and could not converse with us.”
