“The front desk staff was very nice in trying to solve the issues we had with booking this hotel. When we went through booking.com apparently our reservation did not come through on the hotel's end so we were charged twice for our room. However all issues were worked out with little fuss and we were refunded the second charge. The breakfast was good even though it was not complementary. The room was extremely spacious and I almost felt it was a shame we didn't get to spend more time inside. This was a short walk from Busch Stadium which was very nice.”
