“Location was very good. Facilities very poor, no bar staff on duty at all and we arrived at 19:00, no restuarant but plenty nearby, no staff on duty after 23:00. Extremely difficult to sleep but it was due to very windy weather which had the external hotel signs banging away all night. Would have been no problem with no wind.”

“Well, this hotel has special wonderful atmosphere, there is no doubt. It is 125 years-old and some staff members have been working there for more than 30 years. I liked the vintage furniture, there was something special about it, and our room was spacious. In general we enjoyed staying at this hotel, esp it was 5 minutes walk to the beach, which is absolutely amazing!! Much better than in Barcelona.”
“Hotel staff were wonderful, very helpful, charming always nice. However sadly I'm not sure who has placed the descriptions about it but so many things were untrue. WiFi availability not as described, beach/sea not simply across the road and so on. Room was good ( lovely lilac), nice and spacious with lots of places to put things though not enough free/available sockets ( hotels should be aware of these needs given all the technology one has to take) nor well placed.”
“The hotel was well located off the Main Street (which ran along the beach) but close enough to see the sea through our window, and walk everywhere. It was lovely and quiet. Breakfast was excellent and lovely to be able to sit outside in their courtyard. Staff were all very helpful and friendly especially when we had problems trying to work out how to use the parking meter outside. ”

“Hotel 50m from the prom. 5 minute walk to main shopping street and 10 to train. On street parking. Hotel in old quaint style but very clean and tidy. Everything works and staff friendly and helpful. Massive double bed to spread out in. There is a heated indoor/outdoor pool but didn't get chance to use.”
“The charming hotel was very nicely decorated, the bed was very comfortable and the room was very cute with a nice view to the sea (not front beach but still visible). The personnel was great: they made us happy and you can see that they really put love to make sure that you enjoy your stay. The restaurant of the hotel has great selection of local food served in a perfect way. The hotel is provided with a small swimming pool, perfect if you have small children and you don't want to go to the beach (located anyway just on the other side of the street). They offer a friendly babysitter to entertain the children during the meals.”
