“This is one of 5 hotels that are connected by a series of enclosed corridors and allows you to visit the spa facilities at it's sister property. The spa is very nice with thermal baths, multiple saunas wet and dry, kneipp therapy (walking in mineral water of varying temperatures), swimming pool and jetted tub. Then one has the option of a host of treatments at extra costs. The facilities were spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable. We brought our dog and the additional cost was 12€.”
“Extremely good customer service, allowed late check out, very good procedures, amazing breakfast. The fact that 3 hotels were interconnected by covered corridors where you can freely walk in your bath robe and enjoy all the pools, saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzis, fitness center, is unbeatable.”

“We loved this place. Spent 5 days with my elderly parents and enjoyed the "mini relax package" with half board. All staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating, the place is clean, well designed, with access to the beautiful historic Roman baths, awesome pools, Jacuzzi. There's a well equipped gym which is never crowded (great!). My final comments belong to the restaurant, great choice with options for vegetarians and diabetics - And outstanding customer service. Would come back.”
