“Disgusted with this property. Booked 2 rooms for friends and received a phonecall 1 week before saying that Booking.com had mistakenly overbooked and that they only had 1 room available. I agreed to this and booked another room elsewhere. I was charged the price of 1 room in advance to my credit card. Upon arriving at the property my friend was told that he had to pay for the 2nd room despite the previous payment going through and that there was no record of an overbooking. I will be contacting my credit card company and putting through a chargeback claim as soon as possible.”
