Loved the staff, especially the young receptionist who phoned us to say that reception would be closed when we arrived and took time to explain their automatic check in system. She also navigated us when we got lost! We arrived late at night and were desperate for food - nowhere else open but a McDo right opposite the hotel. Next morning we found lots of places to eat which is handy to know if you arrive in good time.”
