“I was sick during my stay and there was a big problem with the first aid center in the park. Also I was given my room at 4:45 , I arrived at 11 and had to wait more and more , the staff didn't know when they can give me the room , every time "please we will wait for 1 hour"”

“We stayed here for two nights in August. We are a family of four and we all shared a room. The hotel is absolutely amazing! It's perfectly clean with not a thing out of place and it all smells wonderful!! All the staff we met were fantastic but a special thank you must go to Antonio who worked on reception. He welcomed us into the hotel and made my girls day, he was wonderful with them and couldn't have done more for us. He had no idea that the run up to our holiday was pretty terrible and we nearly didn't make it but upon arrival he took over, made us feel relaxed, and started the whole magical journey. We couldn't use the pool as my eldest wasn't well but it all looked amazing. I doubt we will ever be able to stay here again but I'm glad we got to do it this once and everyone in the hotel and the hotel itself was incredible. Thank you for making it so special. ”
