“I had room service every night since I was on east coast time and the staff was always so pleasant.”
“This is a good business hotel with clean and quiet rooms. The beds are comfortable, with nice soft linens. The toiletries (Crabtree and Evelyn) smell great and don't leave you with that dry "hotel soap" feeling on your skin and hair. The location is perfect for exploring the Museum District and Little Tokyo easily on foot. If you need to go farther afield, several metro lines are nearby and Uber/Lyft come quickly. Hotel staff are eager to please but unobtrusive. The central bar has good cocktails and is a chill place to grab a drink.”
“Beds are extremely comfortable, I especially loved the pillows. Services and room were clean. It's a little bit far away from the subway station, it is around 900 meters walk. They have very delicious cookies at the reception. Staff is kind and friendly.”
