They brought us one more pillow and one night after 24:00 staff came to us to fulfill our needs and they called to airport for us. 24 hour front desk available. Housekeeping always cleaned our room. Cleanliness was awesome. They also invited you to have a coffee or tea in lobby. Staffs could help you finding attractions. You feel you're in your home. Near Taksim and istiklal caddesi and all the shops and restaurants are accessible easily. To sum up it is highly recommended.”
