“Location of the property is ideal, right smack where all the action begins if your purpose is to explore Jonker Street and all the surrounding streets and alleys. Great eats and shops are just a couple of minutes walk away. We also love the decor of the hotel, simple but so tastefully done. The staff are really helpful and friendly which is a plus for any traveller new to the place.Free toiletries are included, but the bath gels, shampoos and conditioners are too difficult to squeeze out from the hard plastic bottles. So if you are elderly or aren't strong, you may just have to make do with the tiny bar of hand soap that is also available. Better yet, bring your own. Especially the toothpaste which tastes funny.We also like that we can control the temperature of the AC in our room, hence we slept well (which is something I find difficult to do in most hotels). ”
