“The staff was super friendly and the concierge extremely helpful. Best bed we ever slept in, in fact I looked into actually buying their bed on their website to recreate that comfy experience at home but unfortunately too expensive for me! On another note, while at the restaurant my sweater accidentally was stained when the staff cleaned our table. (I had left it on my chair and forgot it, my fault). The manager had the sweater cleaned and sent it to my home in perfect condition! Unbelievable service! I would highly recommend this place and wish we could have stayed longer.”

They hotel called me to see when I would be arriving, and upgraded me to a suite overlooking the Arch when I arrived. Lovely end to a long day. Serene design, luxurious bed, super staff - this property lives up to Four Seasons brand.”
