“The hotel is right in the center of the cute little town of Sachsenburg. There's a restaurant connected to the hotel that serves well-prepared, fresh food. The owner was kind enough to give us an upgraded room with separate beds--very accommodating. You can tell the owner takes his service and hotel standards very seriously and that's a good thing. Think Germanic "ordnung" :-) The room was clean and comfortable and the area very quiet at night (our room faced the back). Breakfast was fresh bread, cured meats, and cereal--all fine. All in all, this was a good place to stay, especially as bicyclists traveling along the Drau Radweg (Drava cycling path).”

“A wonderful family run hotel that is nestled in the beautiful old village of Sachsenburg, surrounded by mountains with an emerald green river flowing through it. The setting was so picturesque and relaxing. The proprietor and his family were so friendly and welcoming and really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. The food was absolutely superb, the chef being the son of the proprietor and who really knows how to cook! The outside terrace of the hotel was perfect for dining out on a warm summer's evening, and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I would love to go back for a longer stay and explore the stunning surroundings more.”
“Das Frühstück war wunderbar frisch und knackig, Sonderwünsche wurden zuvorkommend erfüllt. Das Bett excellent (auch der Kopfpolster passte!). Der Chef des Hauses (sowie das ganze Personal) sehr nett und aufmerksam; er versorgte mich mit zusätzlichen Infos zum Ort, dessen Geschichte und zur Umgebung. Die Speisen werden mit Liebe zubereitet und die Küche mit ihren ausgezeichneten Speisen mit z.T. regionalem Charakter kann wärmstens weiterempfohlen werden!”

Possibilità di cenare presso la struttura a prezzi contenuti e ottima qualità. Situato proprio in centro al paese, proprio lungo la ciclabile della Drava”
