“Staff service was top notch. Parking is located behind the property (make two left turns and you're there). You do have to double park because space is limited. We liked how they double up the reception counter into the breakfast counter in the morning. This is not a large hotel so don't expect a huge breakfast spread. But for what you pay, this is good enough. Location is second to none as it is within the Jonker area. Everything you want to see at Jonker is within walking distance. We cannot emphasise enough the great customer service. I even received a Whatsapp text from the hotel management asking for comments and giving directions on how to get help.”
