- Please note that lifts are being installed and the rooms are located from the third floor upwards.<br><br>Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18% .To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.<br><br>Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.<br><br>Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

“Very clean, comfortable beds, with good location and good price for room. Near this hotel is the Chifa restaurant, we were there to eat vegetable soup (peruvians have a really big portions of food). We was in Ica 2 days, and it hotel was very nice for us. I recommend this hotel with pleasure!)”
“Everything, it was a really nice place, very friendly staff and they even had an elevator. Hot shower and great water pressure. We booked the breakfast as well & a very friendly lady served us fresh yummy juices, eggs any style bread, Marmelade and butter. You can have as much tea as you want... And you get water for free all day!”

“The staff was amazing! They welcome you with a Coca leave tea and give you a city map. We stayed there before and after our trip to Aguascalientes, so they let us leave us luggage in the hotel during the 2 days we were going to be out. They were very helpful. We just had to walk like 10 min to get to the Plaza de Armas. Breakfast starts at 6 am which allowed us to grab a bite before our 7 am tours. I really liked the coffee in there :)”
“Everything... The people at the reception were really friendly. They didn't speak English at all but they were really willing to help and thanks to Google Translate it ended up easy to communicate. Jacuzzi was great, except we ran out of warm water halfway.”
