“Bed was comfortable. Good location to access hot spots in Tokyo: Ginza and Daikanyama directly via hybiya line and Sibuya. Nice restaurants within the hotel and around the hotel. Recommend to try Sushi restaurant and Japanese traditional restaurant within the hotel.”
“We liked a) location b) the teppanyaki restaurant”
“The room was large. The food was fantastic Housekeeping was great rooms very clean”
“Wonderful room! Kind and helpful staff. Will definitely come back!”
“Large rooms (we had a deluxe king), especially by Japanese standards; awesome shower/bath; amazing and accommodating staff; adjacent to a shopping center; down the street from a great park (robot park). There's a DVD player in the room and we were able to get DVDs off a somewhat outdated list from the hotel, which was great for the kids Train station/subway (not JR line) is right under the shopping center. The Club room privileges are fantastic with kids- breakfast, afternoon snacks and evening appetizers (that really can serve as a meal) & drinks. You can either get a club room or pay a supplemental charge on a daily basis to get access. You also are able to use gym and pool and sauna etc for free. Oh and they have great room service- super speedy and surprisingly good risotto and pasta (kids menu spaghetti, burgers, fries, udon noodles etc were great as well).”
“Great breakfast location - being able to sit outside was excellent and the options for breakfast were impressive”
“One of the most comfortable and bigger rooms in Tokyo.”
“Centrally located in Roppongi Hills - nice luxury hotel and fantastic breakfast Friendly and attentive staff”
“The bed was very comfortable. Our room was spacious than a regular Tokyo hotel. Bathroom and bathtube were spacious, too. Convenient to go to the subway station: hibiya line that is the same line with ueno, ginza, and daikanyama. The hotel is directly connected to the shopping mall. So, good to enjoy shopping. On the way from the station to the hotel, there are several decent restaurants in the arcade of the subway station. We liked dropping by our 4th or 5th meal of a day. :)”
“Everything is top quality from the public spaces to the rooms and restaurants. I was celebrating my birthday and needed a last minute dinner booking. The concierge were able to organise a fantastic restaurant for me.”
