“Actually i have stayed in GrandHotel many times before , beside location and other positive things there are reception staff who reflect the best to the clients, there are 2 persons working in reception desk really i don't face people like them ,one of them old lady named Vera she was treat all clients in profissional way and may be she is the reason make me come back with my colleauges to this hotel many times, also the other person i don't remember his name ( verclav ) he is very active , smiley and polite.”
