- Please note for guests staying in a studio or apartment:<br>- For stays over 4 nights, customers must do the end-of-stay cleaning. (cleaning kit is supplied).<br>- For stays of less than 4 nights, the kitchen and tableware must be cleaned by guests.<br>- The bed linen and bathroom linen is provided. Beds are not made upon arrival.<br>- Daily housekeeping is not included but it can be booked through the residence at an additional charge.<br>- A EUR 250 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay.<br><br>Reception hours: 08:00 to midnight. For all late arrivals, please contact the residence in advance.
