“Le cadre est magnifique, la restauration de l 'abbaye est splendide. Les chambres parfaites et chaleureuses. La literie impeccable et confortable. Le chef a accepté de nous prendre pour le dîner alors que nous n'avions pas réservé dans les temps. En plus, je mange sans gluten, il a tout de suite préparé des plats spéciaux pour me satisfaire. Merci CHEF, c'était juste délicieux. Mon ami a été enchanté également et c'était très copieux. Petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec le soleil qui se lève, il était très varié, copieux avec des produits frais, un vrai bonheur.... A ne pas manquer lors d'une visite de Gordes, la carrière des ocres de Roussillon... Franchement c'est Top. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et à l'écoute sans en faire trop donc, merci à eux pour leur dévouement.”
