“Modern facilities, good location, parking. Good price (Sunday night).”
“(1) Short walking distance from the city center. (2) Great architecture - old building being adopted for this nice hotel in a really great way. (3) Nice look and feel in the hotel. Near reception - lots of Wagner's related art: e.g. Wagner like David Bowie, etc.. (4) Wanderful rooms - clean, great high beds, wonderful bathroom. (5) Great breakfast - very expensive though. (5) They let us leave our car longer in the garage for free (after checkout)”
“We could easily find a parking space in the nearby neighborhood free of charge.”
“The breakfast was great, there were lots of choices, even sparkling wine. The room was spacious and everything was very clean and organized. The centre is very close as well. We also liked the garage parking.”
“Very welcoming and well-furnished modern hotel and very accommodating to Bayreuth Festival visitors with the free shuttle service. Food is available after the performances and there is a very wide breakfast selection too, Very efficient house-keeping service.”
“This is my second stay at this hotel and my only real consideration when it comes to staying in Bayreuth for the Wagner Festival. Rooms are comfy and for hot nights, they have now provided fans in rooms if needed. The restaurant is good and the breakfasts are particularly good. During the festival, the hotel runs a free shuttle bus service to the Festpielhaus and back for performances. Just ask at reception when you check in. English is widely spoken at the hotel by staff if you feel uncomfortable with your level of German!”
“An easy walk to old town centre where there are lots of outdoor eating areas. A wagnarian's Dream to explore. Lovely garden eating area for breakfast and other meals.”
“A courtesy bus for Bayreuth Festival visitors. Coffee machine in the room.”
“The hotel locates in good location where just 10 min to the center of the city in walking distance. it is surprised that hotel offer free RT shuttle bus to the Festival Hall in the festival season with free pre-drinks including sparking wine. the restaurant is open till the opera finish is another added value.”
“Modern, comfortable, excellent range of breakfast foods, including on the spot cooking of fried eggs etc by a chef, lovely garden and everywhere immaculately clean. The hotel laid on a coach to the opera house and back, free of charge, and arranged after performance meals when most places would have closed. Location perfect - quiet neighbourhood but only a short walk to the centre of town.”
