“This hotel was as expected when it comes to the facility as a whole. The thing that pushed my ratings over the top was the responsiveness of the staff. While we were there they were updating their keying electronics and our room never opened with our key card. Every time we asked for help the staff bent over backwards to get us into our room immediately. We were never inconvienced and the staff was more than considerate. In the end, we received a small discount. The coffee was wonderful offering medium, robust and decaf, and the snack bag given to each customer was a nice surprise.”
