“We stayed at the Embassy Suites in DT Louisville a week before our stay at the Hampton Inn Visalia, and I have to say the latter wins by several points in customer service. Every staff member was much more cheerful, friendly, and courteous than the former mentioned. Our room was also better supplied. Breakfast was quite nice. The only thing I would suggest is to give the property, especially the bedrooms, a facelift to give it a fresh look and fresh smell. TIP: If you don't like to hear traffic, request a room facing away from the freeway.”
