“After arguing my situation of being handicapped the staff at this particular hotel insisted that my room was acceptable because it was on the 1st floor but the facilities were not up to my standards. After telling them I was interested in going to another Hampton Inn they said they wouldn't refund my money and I had to travel a little further than I wished. This will be the last time I use a third party to book my room.”
