“Excellent as usual. Clean and comfortable. We had a problem with lost baggage on our flight and the reception staff were extremely helpful in calling the delivery company and receiving the baggage for us.”

Great to have the pool for the kids. Easy check-in with plenty of information provided. Asked for travel cot and arrived to find cot with a complete linen, towel and blanket pack as well as a high chair. Kitchen equipment good quality and looks brand new. Beds comfortable and always spotlessly clean. Have stayed in other similar complexes in Winterberg which are not as nice and well maintained.”
