“The mattresses were nice and the pillows were great, but the bedframes were a nightmare. They were wood and stuck out MUCH farther than the mattresses and we kept gouging our knees on the corners. We pulled the mattresses to the foot-end of the bed to try to make it better, but then the pillows were sucked down under the headboard between the mattress and the wall. Seriously- the ledge at the end of the bed was huge and you can see how much corner sticks out after the mattress is pulled all the way to the end.”

“Front desk person Petra was awesome, friendly, helpful and so welcoming! She greeted guests and carried on conversation with all who were registering. She deserves a raise! Woman on desk on Sunday with long reddish hair and glasses was unfriendly and should not be working on the hospitality industry. Love the high ceilings in the room. Hotel was immaculate. Water in the lobby was a treat. Outside patios in of front of hotel are a lovely plus - liked sitting outside at the hotel. Appreciate the microwave and fridge in the room.”
“The bed was very comfortable, but the down pillows were WAAAY too soft. The supper was an outstanding chicken Cobb salad and grilled veggies. The kitchenette amenities were quite good. It has a ceiling fan.”
“The hotel was extremely clean and well put together. The location is right across from an outdoor shopping center with plenty of food and shopping options. Multiple restaurants are within walking distance like Austins American Grill (amazing rotisserie!) and a Fuzzys Tacos. The hotel as multiple elevators and staff are always cleaning and maintaining. The room was fairly good, the sheets did have a small stain that had been washed in but everything else was extremely clean. Parking is fairly good but beware motorcycles when Sturgis is close as most riders stop at hotels in the area before heading further up north.”
