“We were checked in to a tiny room with no balcony, however, on booking.com it said that our room had a balcony. The receptionist has kindly taken us to a better room on the 6th floor which was gorgeous, spacious and with a nice balcony overlooking the halic. Thanks Umut! I liked our room very much and the room service cleaning was efficient and left us 2 complimentary bottles of water daily. All in all, it is a decent hotel if you're not planning to shop much. I really loved the room so much even though my mattress was so hard.”
