“Staff was very friendly. At breakfast the next day we asked for fried eggs that was cooked to perfection. Loved it.”
“Located approx 3-4miles from the centre of St Augustine, in my opinion staying this far away is a good thing as the hotels located in the centre may not have the privacy that this does. It is approx a 5minute walk to the beach where we enjoyed a sunrise. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area and where to eat etc. The breakfast is above average with a hostess and proper cutlery!! There is ample parking and restaurants near by for dining that offer a free golf cart transport shuttle would you wish to drink. We didn't get a chance to check out the other facilities the hotel had to offer, e.g. pool, fitness centre etc. so can't comment on those. We did however use the laundry service, which is self serve and open 24hours - came in handy!!”
“Staff very helpful and polite. Pool not working due to Hurricane issues, though Sister Hotel across the street (right on the beach) let us use pool, hot tub and beach access from that location. That was very much appreciated!”
“The housekeeping staff was wonderful!! Very clean room.”
“The hospitality was awesome. The room was as advertised with the spa in the suite room. Had a nice and comfortable time on the property.”
“Hotel was easy to find. Parking was no problem. Rooms were clean and the beds were extra comfy. AC was ice cold. Staff was super friendly.”
“I was told it was directly on the beach, however it was not. We had to cross a very busy intersection to get to the beach. The hotel was nice but not worth $240.00 per night.”
“I really liked the fact the waffle mix did not have egg ingredients since my youngest daughter has an egg allergy. So she was able to eat breakfast. Thank you!”
“The bed was very comfortable. Location was perfect. Staff was friendly and welcoming.”
“Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly, and although not located on the beach it was a close walk. Clean, close to most attractions in the city. I would stay there again”
