“..before booking I asked counter personnel specifically if the power went out do you have generators and I was told multiple times we have generators for air conditioning for the common areas... and the power went out and there was no air conditioning whatsoever downstairs to remain cool so I might as well stay at home. And when the power went out they were charging full price for everything Drinks for $10 no reduction on food Etc so that was absolutely improper”
