“Recepcionista inútiles. El botones hablaba con el de seguridad mientras nos miraba como descargabamos las maletas del taxi. El día de la salida nos íbamos demasiado temprano. Solicitamos algo para desayunar ya que lo teníamos incluido, primero nos dan el ok y luego que no. Lo mismo pasó con la cena, primero ok para cenar y luego que no, que ya era tarde. El peor de los 8 hoteles visitados en Colombia”
