“Staff on the check-in desk were very friendly and polite. Room was a good size and a perfect base for visiting family in Hamilton. Free WI-FI throughout the hotel was a bonus. We'd never have known that we were on a retail park. We couldn't hear any noise from our room at all.”

Breakfast included was of good quality and unlimited quantity. Staff were very helpful and enthusiastic. We used the luggage store on checking out and returned later for our bags. Again that ran very smoothly.”
