“The room was very clean, facility clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was OK, but not excellent. The day that we wanted pancakes, the pancake machine refused to operate correctly and we had to tell staff about it rather than them checking periodically. Also, pre-made omelet was not kept warm enough and there was no microwave to heat it in.”
